How To: Check the e-mails you have not received a reply for
Jonathan Kim has created a very simple script that will check
your Gmail for all of the e-mails you have not received an e-mail for.
It is extremely easy to set the script up and I am going to guide you
through each step.
1. Go to the Google Scripts website located here http://script.google.com/ and create a new script
2. Go here https://github.com/hijonathan/google-scripts/blob/master/gmail-no-response.js and copy everything in the script.
3. Delete anything in your new script and paste the contents that you copied inside it.
3b (optional). You can modify some values like the period of days you want to check.
4. Save the script. You cannot run it before saving.
5. After you run the script you will need to authorize by clicking on Continue and then Accept.
6. Set it to run automatically by clicking on the Clock icon and choosing your desired dates.
You are now done! If you want to set the notification’s priority
higher, you can do it directly from your Gmail Inbox. Log in your Gmail
account and go to the Inbox tab of the Settings menu. Choose “Priority
Inbox” from the Inbox type section. Add the new labels and save. You can
also see it in the picture below.
